About this course

For many people the significant benefits of exercise are not always achieved. For example, most people exercising for fat loss are unsuccessful. Kira combines her sports nutrition expertise with naturopathic principles to give us an insightful view on how to maximise the benefits of exercise to achieve fat loss, muscle gain, cardiorespiratory fitness, insulin sensitivity, and immune enhancement.

The combination of regular exercise with sports nutrition principles adds an important component patient care and wellness. Kira will give you clear strategies to apply for your exercising patients that are also relevant to all your patients attempting to lose fat and gain muscle mass.

This is a very interesting presentation with many important clinical tips. Not one to miss.
