Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. When requesting a refund, you must provide:
> The email address used at purchase
> Proof of purchase (and proof of attendance, if applicable)
For all content, refunds will only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, your subscription or course purchase is non-refundable.
Please note: A non-refundable AUD $70 cancellation fee applies to all subscriptions. This covers administrative costs and the non-refundable portion of your renewal payment from our merchant facility. Each account is eligible for a maximum of one refund. This prevents repeated refund requests due to missed subscription cancellations.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or encounter an issue that we cannot resolve, we are happy to provide a refund within policy terms. Refunds will not be issued due to lack of time to complete a program or event. In some cases, we may request the opportunity to resolve the issue before issuing a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary. We cannot cover any exchange rate differences between the purchase and refund dates.
