BRENDAN PENWARDEN ND, MBA

Brendan Penwarden is the Founder and CEO of Health Masters Live, a global leader in postgraduate education for natural health and integrative medicine practitioners. For over a decade, he has been at the forefront of advancing practitioner education—making high-quality, evidence-informed training accessible to clinicians worldwide.

With more than 25 years of experience in the natural health industry, Brendan brings a unique combination of clinical insight, business acumen, and educational innovation to his work. His career has spanned leadership roles in marketing, practitioner education, and technical research across some of the most respected organisations in the field.

Before founding Health Masters Live, Brendan served as Marketing Manager for Practitioner Brands at Integria Healthcare, where he pioneered digital education initiatives including the Integria Journal, practitioner webinars, and clinical masterclasses. Prior to that, he was General Manager at BiotechNZ, overseeing national distribution, training, and practitioner support. His foundational years were spent at Health World (Metagenics), where for over 15 years he led the technical naturopathic team, developed clinical training programs such as Hemaview and VLA, and trained hundreds of practitioners and educators across Australasia. Prior to that, he worked in clinical practice.

Brendan’s enduring mission is to empower practitioners with the tools, systems, and confidence to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while building sustainable, fulfilling clinical careers.
