She is the founder of Legally Healthy, a company that provides legal templates and educational resources specifically for Australian health and wellness practitioners. Her expertise is a result of her dual background as both a non-practicing lawyer and a qualified naturopath and health coach. She also has a clinical practice, Real Functional Health, which offers naturopathic and functional health services to clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Chantel currently serves as a Director and Vice President of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, where she advocates for natural health practitioners and helps shape the future of the industry. Her legal background includes working at top-tier law firms and serving as a General Counsel for a national media company.
