A New Year With Deeper Mastery

A New Year, Deeper Mastery: Welcoming 2026 at Health Masters Live
As we step into a new year, many of you will be reflecting on what truly moves the needle for patient outcomes. Our focus remains unchanged. Supporting natural healthcare practitioners with rigorous, clinically relevant education that deepens understanding, sharpens decision-making, and ultimately improves lives is what we are all about.
We’re pleased to begin the year by releasing three new practitioner masterclasses, each addressing a foundational - but often underappreciated - driver of chronic disease, resilience, and healthspan. Together, these courses form a powerful clinical triad: sleep, immunity, and infection ecology.
New Course 1
Clinical Strategies for Sleep-Driven Fat Loss with Dr Greg Potter
Sleep is not a lifestyle luxury - it is a metabolic regulator. In this two-part, 90-minute practitioner training, Dr Greg Potter explores how inadequate or disrupted sleep actively undermines fat loss, accelerates muscle loss, and distorts metabolic health - particularly in women.
This course goes beyond sleep hygiene to examine:
- How short sleep alters fat balance and body composition
- Why sleep restriction preferentially drives muscle loss
- The role of circadian disruption across the female lifecycle, including pregnancy and menopause
- Evidence-based interventions clinicians can apply immediately in practice
This is an essential course for practitioners working with weight resistance, metabolic dysfunction, or female hormonal transitions.
New Course 2
Countering Immune Senescence with Clinical Nutrition & Botanical Medicine with Donnie Yance
Ageing is not simply a matter of years lived - it is a biological process shaped profoundly by immune resilience. In this course, Donnie Yance guides practitioners through the mechanisms of immune senescence, inflammageing, and declining robustness, offering a unitive, systems-based framework for intervention.
This course explores:
- The hallmarks of immune ageing and chronic inflammation
- The role of mitochondria, stress biology, and the exposome
- Botanical and nutritional strategies to support immune competence and healthspan
- Practical tools to help patients age with vitality rather than fragility
This course reframes longevity care through the lens of immune intelligence, not symptom suppression.
New Course 3
Functional Management of Protozoan and Helminthic Infections with Dr Darin Ingels
Parasitic infections remain an under-recognised contributor to chronic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and persistent illness. In this advanced practitioner training, Dr Darin Ingels delivers a comprehensive and clinically grounded exploration of parasitic disease - moving well beyond “test and treat.”
This course equips practitioners to:
- Understand the ecological role of parasites within the human microbiome
- Identify protozoan and helminthic infections based on life cycles and clinical presentation
- Apply structured, evidence-based botanical protocols with confidence
- Integrate conventional and herbal strategies to support full eradication and recovery
It is an essential masterclass for clinicians seeking to address root causes in complex, treatment-resistant cases.
Looking Ahead
These three courses reflect the direction Health Masters Live is continuing to move in 2026:
deeper biology, stronger clinical frameworks, and education that respects the intelligence of practitioners and patients alike.
We’re grateful to our global community of clinicians for their commitment to learning, reflection, and excellence in care. We look forward to supporting you throughout the year with education that is grounded, progressive, and truly practice-changing.
Here’s to a new year of deeper mastery and better health outcomes for people globally.
